Is weekend work overtime?

Saturday work is paid as overtime (150% for the first 2 hours before noon, then 200%) and Sunday is double time ($53.68 at Level 1).

What are the shift rates?

Afternoon and night shifts Monday to Friday are 150% ($40.26 at Level 1). Early morning and early afternoon shifts are lower; see the pay guide.

Why are there two sets of rates?
