Hours worked beyond your ordinary hours are paid at a higher rate set by your award or agreement, commonly 150% (time and a half) for the first two or three hours and 200% (double time) after that.
Your base hourly rate × 1.5. On $32 an hour, time and a half is $48 an hour.
Many awards pay 250% (double time and a half) for work on a public holiday, but it varies. Check your award with the Fair Work Ombudsman.
Overtime is taxed at the same rates as the rest of your income. A big pay with overtime can have more tax withheld because withholding assumes you earn that much every pay; the difference comes back at tax time.
Usually not. The super guarantee is paid on ordinary time earnings, which generally don't include overtime.
