What does Bunnings pay on Sundays?

Sunday daytime work (9am to 9pm at Bunnings Warehouse) pays 50% on top of the base rate, so $42.96 an hour for an adult Team Member, or $46.54 for a casual. Early mornings and late nights on Sunday pay more.

What is the Bunnings Saturday rate?

17.5% extra from 7am: $33.65 an hour for an adult Team Member and $40.10 for a casual.

How much does a full-time Bunnings Team Member earn a year?

About $56,593 a year at the minimum rate for 38 hours a week, before incentive rates for evenings and weekends. That's about $1,851 a fortnight after tax in 2026–27.

When is the next Bunnings pay rise?

The agreement's last fixed increase was 3.0% in September 2025. It passed its nominal expiry date on 31 August 2026 and keeps applying until a new agreement replaces it, so the next increase depends on that new agreement or on Bunnings' own performance pay review.
